Can I schedule an Order for a later date?
Yes you can you can schedule the day and most often you can pick the minute too. This can be done during your order process.
How does this delivery tracking work?
Fairly simple, for some deliveries we will send you a link that takes you to a page showing the real time tracking of the driver. This link, however, will only be sent once the package is confirmed as picked up, or if there are multiple stops this link will be sent after the last leg of the run. For the text alerts, standard messaging and data rates may apply
Online in your account, there also an order tracking available too.
What is your coverage area?
We serve the majority of Atlantic county but our current guaranteed cities are Atlantic City, Ventnor City, Margate City, Brigantine, Longport, Northfield, and Pleasantville.
Is this relationship not built on trust?
To reassure you...when you complete the ordering process, the website will tell you that your order has been confirmed. You will also receive an email confirmation. We will then get the ball rolling on the back end. With communication between outlets and in extreme cases, we enlist the services of mystical elves. Most likely you will receive an email or text confirmation message from us after your order has been confirmed with the supplier and assistant. Sometimes you may also receive a link that will allow you to see the real-time tracking of the driver with your order. To make sure these safeguards aren’t rendered pointless, please be sure to always provide a phone number that can receive text, and/or calls in case we need to contact you.
