For Food orders requested for immediate delivery or Pick-up that corny grenade metaphor is pretty spot on. But give us a call anyway and we will do all in our power to make this a painless as possible.

For  Food orders requested for Scheduled delivery You still have hope, please contact us at least 90 minutes, prior to scheduled delivery time. And we will handle the cancellation accordingly Scheduled orders may not be canceled within 90 minutes of estimated delivery.

For Retail orders requested for Pick-up, You need to call/text us at least 1 hour prior to estimated delivery time. So that we can return or cancel your item. If the item is already delivered or in transit then you will be responsible for same fees for the initial order and a return fee.

For Retail orders just call us as soon as soon as you need to cancel and if the order is not already in transit then your order will be canceled. If the order has been purchased but not in transit you may still be responsible for the delivery fee and service charge.

If you’re wondering why then that is understandable. The reason you would still be responsible for the delivery fee and service charge is because we still had to do the work and use almost the same amount of resources to get it to you. This is on a case by case basis so don’t sweat it, give us a call if needed.  

If it is too late to cancel and you do not know what to do what the food that you ordered. We have no problem donating the food to a local shelter or dispersing it to the homeless. On top of that we will document it and share it on our social media and we will let the world know who the generosity came from if you’d like.

For the most part yes, but some items may not be available for delivery, due to limited availability or because quality can not be preserved in transit. Menu prices are subject to change by the outlet without notice.

Yes you may, order from places out of your primary delivery area (in some cases) but please be aware, that most restaurants outside your normal delivery area are available with a higher minimum on orders and have higher fees due to distance. To reassure you...when you complete the ordering process, the website will tell you that your order has been confirmed. You will also receive an email confirmation. We will then get the ball rolling on the back end. With communication between outlets and in extreme cases, we enlist the services of mystical elves. Sometimes you may also receive a link that will allow you to see the real-time tracking of the driver with your order. We save you the hassle of doing the math. The tip for the driver is automatically added but can be modified when placing it. If modified there is a minimum tip of $3.5 otherwise it is already calculated at the local customary amount which currently is 15% gratuity that is calculated from the order subtotal prior to tax and delivery fee. You are welcome to increase or change your tip amount. If you want to remove the tip let us know what went wrong, and we will surely take care of this for you.

That depends on what you are ordering for food it will usually take 45 to 60 mins from when the order is placed to delivery. When ordering from the site or app there may be an estimated time of delivery.

For retail items, supply runs, etc. being that there are no cooking times, delivery is usually much faster, takes 30 to 45 mins. In some cases rush services are available.

There are times when traffic, weather, and other unexpected obstacles may affect our estimations, and when that happens we just ask that you bare with us. We will do our best to get you what you want as soon as possible.

I order for large groups and prefer to have my food packaged in trays so that I can serve the food buffet style. From which restaurants is this type of service available?

We are 99.999999998% sure that this is an authorization charge, which is the system’s way of checking to make sure the money is there. Then the actual charge is done later. In which case this charge will disappear into the abyss in a matter of days.

Another reason could have been because your total was adjusted if that happened for any reason.You may see a separate transaction for the correct amount, the former charge will eventually be voided and pull a Houdini trick in a few days. But if you’d prefer the exhausted version we are the intermediary between you and the food or product want, or need at the time, but are unable or unwilling to get it yourself. Whether it is an item or a service. We put it all into play for you. We do whatever it is within our capabilities to make life more convenient for you. It can be getting your food from your favorite restaurant, picking up items from the copy shop, or even a few snacks from the convenience store, making it so you can go nowhere and still get everything.

There are two ways this can go.

  • If you are able to give us advance notice of at least 30 mins then there is not to much to worry about, If it is an advanced order make sure to let us know of another place to leave your order or new time to deliver it.

Though we are working day and night to expand every part of our service to be able to accommodate all of your delivery and convenience needs.

Why am I not able to reorder from ALL outlets in my order history?

 

    1. It’s most likely not a glitch, and this can be attributed to the menu item’s availability at the restaurant. Instead of deleting the item we just set it as unavailable.
    2. Depending on the familiarity with the menu or uniqueness of the item in question we can do some sleuthing and see if it can be made available for your order.
    3. You could be ordering from a place while you are not in the deliverable area for that specific outlet.

We only publish the prices of the items that are provided to us by the outlet. We do not inflate prices. The prices on our site should be the same as that shown in store or what’s on the shelf. And if your order involves an item for which the establishment has changed the price, you will still be responsible for payment.
